Shipping Infomation


  • Within Australia, we offer FREE standard shipping within Australia on all merchandise orders $200AUD and over, or otherwise a $20AUD flat shipping rate is incurred. For your convenience, express shipping option is made available to you with an extra $5AUD
  • For all orders outside Australia across the globe, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders $300AUD and over, or otherwise a $30AUD flat shipping rate is incurred, express shipping option is also available with an extra $20AUD

By placing an order with BRANDLESS you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to BRANDLESS. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

All orders are shipped with standard shipping from our Sydney Distribution Centre across the globe for you by Australian Post, an Australian government-owned corporation that provides postal services both locally and internationally. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BRANDLESS, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during holiday periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. BRANDLESS is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note that there may be delays during busy periods and holidays.


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track an order on, please visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Please note that the order value thresholds for shipping costs apply to the total value of an order after any discount codes have been applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order.
