Exchange/Returns Policy

We at BRANDLESS hope you are pleased with your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for store credit or a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are new, unused and in their original condition with all tags intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in the form of store credit. Where applicable, promotional codes or valid offers applied on orders will be honoured for store credit.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. 

If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, it can still be returned for a refund unless specified under the terms of the promotion. 

Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Orders using store credit as a means of payment can only be refunded as store credit.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty by our garment technicians. 

What defines faulty?
  • Manufacturing faults
  • Goods that have been wrongly described
  • Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered
  • Goods that have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to your attention.

Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect. All returns or exchanges must be posted to the below address with a copy of our Return & Exchange Form attached.
